Local reservations
Direct booking data is stored in WordPress administration and should be accessible only to authorised people. The outgoing iCal feed should contain blocked periods and a technical event identifier, not guest names, phone numbers or email addresses.
Booking.com calendar sync
If Booking.com iCal is connected, the local system exchanges blocked periods. Reservations made on Booking.com are processed under Booking.com’s own privacy terms.
Maps, video and social networks
External content such as Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook may establish a connection to those services when opened or activated, and their privacy rules may then apply.
Analytics and additional services
If analytics, advertising pixels, chat or other data-processing services are added later, this notice and any cookie consent should be updated to reflect the services actually in use.
